Selling a website is only half of the process, the other half is customer retention. When I flip websites for clients, I tend to keep in regular contact with buyers, and ensure that the post sale process is done in a specific order, so that customers automatically become return customers, and that they spread the good word of mouth. The best kind of customer is a return customer.
